As the Applicator Program & Downstream Support Supervisor, you will oversee the entire training process, from curriculum development to delivery and evaluation. 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Industrial Engineering, Technical Training, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical training and support, with a focus on applicator programs.
• Proven experience in curriculum development, training delivery, and evaluation.
• Strong knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices in technical training and support.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in using training management software, such as LMS (Learning Management System) or similar tools.
• Ability to analyze data and provide insightful reports on training outcomes and process improvements.
