PULSE Lestari is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant HR Staff to join our team in Parepare, Sulawesi Selatan. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our HR team in various administrative and operational tasks. If you are passionate about HR and eager to learn, we would love to have you on board.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates, and maintaining candidate records.,Support the HR team in administrative tasks such as processing employee documents, maintaining employee records, and handling payroll-related tasks.,Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new and departing employees.,Coordinate with various departments to gather information and data for HR reports and analyses.,Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all HR documents and records are properly filed and stored.,Assist in the planning and execution of HR-related events and activities.,Provide general administrative support to the HR department as needed.,Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within the HR field.,Strong knowledge of HR processes, including recruitment, employee relations, and administrative tasks.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) is a plus.,Fluent in both written and spoken Indonesian.
