📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in managing and maintaining the telesales database.
  • Support the telesales team in achieving daily and monthly sales targets.
  • Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries.
  • Assist in preparing sales reports and presentations.
  • Participate in telesales campaigns and activities.
  • Assist in training and mentoring new telesales representatives.
  • Contribute to team meetings and brainstorming sessions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales or customer service.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good understanding of sales techniques and strategies.
  • Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
