📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement using industrial software systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation of business processes and software solutions.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to ensure effective adoption of new software systems.
• Monitor system performance and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in industrial software systems.
• Provide Mandarin language support to our international clients.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our HR consulting services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Analysis, preferably in the industrial software sector.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin languages.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with business analysis tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Office.
• Certification in business analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
