📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain relationships with local and international suppliers to secure the best products for our stores and online platform.
• Manage the entire procurement process, from sourcing to delivery, ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards.
• Analyze market trends and consumer demand to identify new product opportunities.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers to ensure competitive and profitable deals.
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure that our products are available and promoted effectively.
• Conduct supplier audits and quality checks to ensure compliance with our quality standards.
• Provide regular reports on procurement activities and performance to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or a related field in the beauty and skincare industry.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers.
• Proficient in using procurement software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Familiarity with international trade regulations and customs procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Certification in procurement or supply chain management is a plus.
