📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans and activities that cater to students' diverse learning needs.
• Assist in the creation and implementation of language and cultural enrichment programs.
• Provide one-on-one and small-group instruction to students, as needed.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
• Participate in on-the-job training and professional development opportunities.
• Assist in the evaluation and assessment of students' progress and achievement.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student attendance, grades, and other relevant information.
• Promote a positive and respectful classroom environment that encourages student participation and engagement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Teaching, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in teaching Chinese language and culture.
• Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese (HSK Level 5 or higher).
• Experience working with diverse student populations.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid teaching certification or equivalent experience.
• Passion for teaching and a commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
