Daily, you will collaborate with geologists, safety officers, and other engineers to optimize mining operations and maintain the highest safety standards.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement detailed mine plans using AutoCAD, MineSight, and Surpac.
• Supervise mining operations to ensure safe and efficient extraction of coal.
• Coordinate with geologists to assess and plan mining activities.
• Monitor and maintain compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits.
• Analyze data to optimize mining processes and increase productivity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of mining activities.
• Provide technical support and training to junior staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in coal mining operations.
• Proficiency in using AutoCAD, MineSight, and Surpac.
• Certification in Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA) or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of mining regulations and environmental standards.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with Indonesian mining laws and regulations.
