📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and screening potential candidates.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability.,Maintain and update job postings on company websites and job boards.,Coordinate with hiring managers to gather job requirements and preferences.,Assist in the preparation of offer letters and onboarding materials.,Provide administrative support to the recruitment team.,Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a recruitment or HR role.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and job boards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
