📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize the e-commerce platform, including Shopify, to improve user experience and drive sales.
• Develop and implement CRM strategies using Salesforce to enhance customer relationships and loyalty.
• Analyze sales data and customer behavior to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Create and manage marketing campaigns across digital channels to boost brand visibility and engagement.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure seamless integration of e-commerce and CRM strategies.

• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in e-commerce and CRM to continuously improve processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce and CRM, preferably in the beauty or wellness industry.
• Proficient in using Shopify and Salesforce.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and interpretation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
