📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the daily operations of the company's fleet of vehicles,Ensure that all vehicles are in good working condition and maintained according to schedule,Oversee the assignment and routing of vehicles to ensure efficient use and maximum productivity,Monitor fuel consumption and expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness,Coordinate with drivers and ensure they are aware of all safety protocols and regulations,Maintain accurate records of all fleet activities and generate reports as required,Handle any fleet-related issues or emergencies promptly and effectively,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations regarding fleet operations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems,Excellent organizational and time management skills,Proficient in Indonesian and English,Valid driver's license and clean driving record,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Strong communication and interpersonal skills
