📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Providing exceptional food and beverage service in a variety of settings, including fine dining, casual dining, and buffet.
• Managing and coordinating event services, including setup, execution, and cleanup of events such as weddings, conferences, and corporate gatherings.
• Ensuring high standards of cleanliness and presentation in all food and beverage areas.
• Taking and processing food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Assisting in inventory management and restocking of supplies.
• Training and mentoring junior staff to maintain high service standards.
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Providing excellent customer service and resolving guest complaints professionally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in food and beverage service or event management.
• Familiarity with POS systems like Clover or Toast.
• Knowledge of inventory management software such as NCR or SAP.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
• Fluency in English, with Indonesian language skills a plus.
