📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure.,Answer and direct inquiries from guests and visitors.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date guest records.,Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.,Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth operations.,Manage front desk operations, including reservations and room assignments.,Ensure the safety and security of guests and property.,Perform other related duties as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a front desk or receptionist role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian.,Basic computer skills, including word processing and spreadsheet software.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Good knowledge of hotel or hospitality industry procedures.,Friendly, approachable, and customer-service oriented attitude.
