📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.,Source, screen, and interview candidates to identify the best fit for our organization.,Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth hiring process.,Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to improve recruitment processes.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.,Maintain a strong network of potential candidates and industry contacts.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a hybrid or remote environment.,Proven track record of successful recruitment and hiring.,Strong knowledge of recruitment software and tools.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
