📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and administer motor insurance policies, including underwriting, issuance, and renewal.
• Process and handle insurance claims, from initial notification to final settlement.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Collaborate with insurance brokers and agents to ensure smooth transactions and policy administration.
• Monitor and analyze insurance operations to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in motor insurance operations or a related field.
• Proficient in using insurance management software such as AXA, Allianz, or similar.
