Duta Indra Shop is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior HR Generalist to join our team in Singkawang. As a Junior HR Generalist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR team in various HR functions. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or those with limited HR experience to gain practical knowledge and skills in the HR field.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, and scheduling interviews.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, employment history, and performance evaluations.,Support the HR team in the administration of employee benefits and payroll processing.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Conduct employee onboarding and offboarding processes.,Provide administrative support to the HR Manager and other HR team members.,Assist in the coordination of HR-related events and activities.,Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion in all HR activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in HR or a related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).,Strong knowledge of HR processes and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
