📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.,Oversee employee relations, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.,Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.,Manage employee benefits and compensation packages.,Handle payroll processing and ensure accuracy and timeliness.,Collaborate with department heads to address HR-related issues and concerns.,Ensure a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proven track record of managing HR functions effectively.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
