Express Place Sejahtera is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Learning Development to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating learning and development programs that enhance employee performance and contribute to the company's overall success. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in learning and development, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping others grow and succeed.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and implement learning and development programs that align with the company's strategic goals and the needs of employees.,Develop and deliver training programs, workshops, and coaching sessions to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Evaluate the effectiveness of learning and development initiatives through the use of data and feedback.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to identify training needs and develop customized solutions.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.,Provide leadership and mentorship to the learning and development team.,Manage the learning and development budget and ensure that resources are allocated effectively.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, preferably in a corporate or organizational setting.,Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.,Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and other relevant technology tools.,Experience in developing and delivering e-learning courses is a plus.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
