You will work closely with our mechanics and ensure that all vehicles are in optimal condition to support our operations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily maintenance and repair of our fleet of vehicles.,Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures.,Train and mentor junior mechanics.,Ensure all vehicles meet safety and regulatory standards.,Manage inventory of spare parts and tools.,Coordinate with vendors for parts and services.,Conduct vehicle inspections and diagnostics.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a mechanic or in a similar role.,Proven leadership experience in a mechanical or automotive environment.,Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance procedures.,Familiarity with diagnostic tools and equipment.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Bachelor's degree in Automotive Technology or related field preferred.
