Pusat Cahya Laundry is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Tax Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert tax advice and guidance to our clients, ensuring compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Indonesian tax laws and a proven track record of success in the tax consulting field.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide expert tax advice and guidance to clients to ensure compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations.,Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize clients' tax liabilities while ensuring compliance with tax laws.,Prepare and review tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance with tax regulations.,Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations, and provide training to staff on new developments.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.,Conduct audits and reviews of clients' tax affairs, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring compliance with tax laws.,Collaborate with other members of the team to ensure the smooth operation of the tax consulting services.,Provide leadership and guidance to junior tax consultants, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality tax consulting services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax consulting, preferably in the Indonesian market.,Strong understanding of Indonesian tax laws and regulations, including corporate, individual, and transfer pricing tax.,Proven track record of success in providing tax advice and guidance to clients.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and develop effective tax strategies.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages is a plus.,Certification in tax consulting or a related field is a plus.
