ATLAS Unggul is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Tax Officer to join our team in Yogyakarta. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead our tax operations and ensure compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tax planning, compliance, and a deep understanding of Indonesian tax laws.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the tax department, ensuring all tax obligations are met and compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations.,Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities and maximize tax efficiency.,Oversee the preparation and filing of tax returns, including corporate, individual, and payroll taxes.,Conduct regular tax audits and reviews to identify areas of potential tax savings and compliance issues.,Provide tax advice and guidance to internal stakeholders and external clients.,Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations, and ensure the tax department is fully compliant.,Manage and mentor junior tax professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure tax implications are considered in all business decisions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Taxation, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax planning, compliance, and reporting in an Indonesian context.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations, including PPh, PPN, and other relevant taxes.,Proficiency in tax software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or other relevant systems.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify tax opportunities and risks.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.,Certification in tax-related courses or professional membership in a tax-related organization is a plus.
