📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely cost data.
- Prepare detailed cost reports and presentations for senior management.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in cost analysis.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
- Provide training and support to junior team members on cost analysis techniques.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Financial Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in cost analysis, preferably in the mining industry.
- Proficient in using SAP and Oracle for cost analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Certification in Cost Management or a related field is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
