📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Install, configure, and maintain IT and telecommunications infrastructure, including servers, routers, switches, and other networking equipment.
• Conduct routine maintenance and preventive checks to ensure the optimal performance of IT and telecommunications systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize IT and telecommunications solutions.
• Provide on-site support and technical assistance to clients and end-users.
• Document all technical activities and maintain accurate records of system configurations and changes.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT and telecommunications engineering, with a focus on on-site installation and maintenance.
• Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or similar are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of networking concepts, protocols, and technologies.
• Proficiency in using IT and telecommunications tools and software, such as Cisco Packet Tracer, Wireshark, and other relevant applications.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
