🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices,Excellent leadership and communication skills,Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,Proficiency in using operational software and tools,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations
