📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage all aspects of the company's operations, including production, logistics, and customer service.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.,Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Lead and mentor a team of operational staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance and productivity.,Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, finance, and sales, to align operational activities with the company's overall goals and objectives.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.,Identify and mitigate operational risks to minimize their impact on the business.,Continuously seek opportunities for innovation and improvement in operational processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar operational management role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic industry.,Strong knowledge of operational processes, including production, logistics, and customer service.,Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Proficient in using operational management software and tools.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
