📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Managing and maintaining the minibars in guest rooms, ensuring they are stocked with the correct inventory and in good condition.
• Collaborating with the housekeeping team to ensure minibars are cleaned and restocked according to schedule.
• Monitoring minibar usage and reporting any issues or discrepancies to the front office.
• Assisting with the preparation and delivery of minibar items to guest rooms as needed.
• Ensuring compliance with hotel policies and procedures related to minibar operations.
• Providing excellent customer service to guests who may have questions or concerns about their minibars.
• Participating in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in minibar management.
• Assisting with special events and promotions that require additional minibar support.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in minibar operations or a related field in the hospitality industry.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and software, such as SAP or similar.
• Basic knowledge of hotel operations and guest service principles.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg (44 lbs).
• Fluent in English, with good communication skills.
