📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring smooth and efficient processes,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement,Manage and coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve operational goals,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations,Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for various departments,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members,Manage and optimize the use of company resources, including time, budget, and personnel

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role,Strong knowledge of operational best practices and industry standards,Excellent leadership and communication skills,Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills,Familiarity with ERP systems and project management tools is a plus
