Gold Fast Berjaya is looking for a talented and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that it runs smoothly and efficiently. You will also be responsible for managing the staff, ensuring that they are trained and motivated to provide excellent customer service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring that it runs smoothly and efficiently,Manage the staff, ensuring that they are trained and motivated to provide excellent customer service,Ensure that the restaurant meets all health and safety regulations,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers,Monitor and analyze sales and financial performance, and make recommendations for improvement,Work with the kitchen staff to ensure that the food is prepared to the highest standards,Ensure that the restaurant is stocked with the necessary supplies and equipment,Develop and implement staff training programs to ensure that the staff is up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role,Proven track record of success in managing a restaurant or similar establishment,Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Strong leadership and management skills,Ability to analyze and interpret financial data,Experience with marketing and customer relations is a plus
