📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Plan and organize banquet events, including coordinating with vendors, setting up event spaces, and managing event schedules.,Ensure the smooth operation of events by monitoring event progress, addressing any issues that arise, and making necessary adjustments.,Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, addressing their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction throughout the event.,Manage event budgets by tracking expenses, negotiating with vendors, and ensuring the event stays within budget.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events and attract guests.,Maintain accurate records of event details, including guest lists, vendor contracts, and event evaluations.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in event management.,Delegate tasks to banquet staff as needed and provide guidance and support.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in banquet event management or a similar role.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with event management software and tools.,Knowledge of local regulations and guidelines for event planning.,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
