Conduct real-time defect analysis on semiconductor wafers and devices to identify and resolve manufacturing defects.,Develop and implement defect analysis methodologies and tools to improve process control and yield.,Collaborate with engineers and technicians to troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues.,Analyze defect data to identify trends and patterns, providing actionable insights for process improvement.,Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for defect analysis and troubleshooting.,Mentor and train junior engineers in defect analysis techniques and tools.,Participate in cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.,Stay updated with the latest advancements in semiconductor technology and defect analysis techniques.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, with a focus on defect analysis.,Strong background in defect analysis techniques, including SEM, TEM, and FIB.,Proficient in using defect analysis tools and software such as KLA-Tencor, ASML, or similar.,Experience with statistical process control (SPC) and Six Sigma methodologies.,Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.,Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.,Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
