Shearwater Health is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Quality Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. You will work closely with development teams to identify, document, and resolve software defects, as well as design and execute test plans and test cases. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases to ensure the quality of software products,Identify, document, and track software defects using appropriate tools and methodologies,Collaborate with development teams to resolve software defects and ensure timely delivery of high-quality software,Design and implement automated test scripts to improve test efficiency and coverage,Conduct performance testing and load testing to ensure software can handle expected user loads,Monitor and analyze test results to identify trends and areas for improvement,Provide regular status updates and reports to stakeholders on the quality of software products,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in software quality assurance

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field,5+ years of experience as a Software Quality Analyst or a similar role,Strong knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and software testing methodologies,Proficiency in test management tools such as JIRA, TestRail, or similar,Experience with automated testing tools such as Selenium, Appium, or similar,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
