📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of employees to ensure high performance and productivity.,Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and efficiency.,Coordinate and supervise daily operations to meet company goals and objectives.,Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork and collaboration.,Monitor team performance and provide feedback and coaching as needed.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Represent the company at team meetings and other relevant events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership or management role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proven ability to manage and motivate a team.,Experience in a similar industry or role is a plus.,Familiarity with HR policies and procedures is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
