CV Optima Sri is seeking a skilled Technical Writer to join our team in Palopo. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation for our products and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for software, hardware, and other technical products.,Collaborate with engineers, developers, and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure accuracy of technical content.,Create user manuals, quick reference guides, and other types of technical documentation.,Edit and proofread technical documents to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Assist in the creation of training materials and other educational content.,Participate in product development processes to ensure that technical documentation is created in a timely and efficient manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, Communications, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing.,Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to explain them clearly.,Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.,Familiarity with technical writing tools and software, such as MadCap Flare, Adobe FrameMaker, or Confluence.,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Fluency in English is a must; Indonesian is a plus.
